Meet the Owner, Oksana:

I obtained my Paralegal License in 2017 and was appointed as a Notary Public in 2022. Over the past six years, I have had the opportunity to collaborate with legal professionals across various areas of law, including personal injury, criminal, family and employment law. This diverse experience has ultimately led me to establish my own practice focused on Small Claims Court matters. I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate the complexities of the legal system with a compassionate, client-centered approach.

A NOTARY PUBLIC and COMMISSIONER OF OATHS is a person legally empowered to witness the signing of contracts, agreements and various legal documents.

 

They are also authorized to confirm that copies of documents are accurate duplicates of the originals.

The act of Notarization refers to the official procedure conducted by a Notary. In addition, notaries have the authority to administer oaths, affirmations and statutory declarations. It is essential to remember that you must sign the documents while in the Notary's physical presence for them to authenticate your signature. ​
